We want you to feel empowered and confident in your Honey Birdette pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items including hosiery and adhesive products are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals firmly attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original luxury packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
